It is assumed that you will approach Exeter on the M5.
Stay on the M5 until junction 31. Shortly before this junction the road splits into four lanes. Stay in one the two left hand lanes which take you
onto the A30.
Remain on the A30 for the next 60 miles. This road is a dual carriage way until Temple on Bodmin Moor where there is a single lane section that
lasts for xxxx miles. This is followed by an eight mile stretch of dual carriage way which bypasses Bodmin. At the end of this dual carriageway there is a roundabout. Take the second exit and remain on the A30. The
road is single lane for the next eight miles. A quarter of a mile after the dual carriageway restarts take the sliproad which is signposted A39/A392 Newquay
At the roundabout take the third exit for 'Newquay/Wadebridge'.
At the end of the dual carriageway you need to be in the left had lane. Take the second exit signed A392 Newquay.
Stay on this road until reaching the roundabout at Quintrell Downs which you go straight across. Just before Safeways there is another mini
roundabout that you go straight across.
At the bottom of the hill there is another mini roundabout. Take the second exit signposted to Newquay.
At the roundabout at the end of this road take the first exit which is signposted Pentire. Follow this road, Tregunnel Road, until the top of the
hill.
At the top of the hill there is a roundabout. Go straight across this roundabout into Higher Tower Road. Follow this road into Tower Road and
continue down the hill until you reach a mini roundabout. Take the second exit into Beacon Road. After approximately two hundred yards take the first left into Headland Road. After another two hundred yards take the
right hand fork and Headland Point is on your right hand side.
